RETURNS
Since our items are produced especially for you once an order is placed, Gifternaut does not allow refunds/returns for Customized products.
Gifternaut does not allow refunds/returns for products that were ordered in the wrong size or color.
If an item is lost, damaged during delivery, sent in error, or has a manufacturing defect, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion. You have 10 days from date of delivery to contact us via email with pictures of the damaged item(s). Please email us at customerservice@gifternaut.com
Additional terms and conditions:
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
Non-returnable items:
Customized items: i.e. shirts or blankets customized with names or phrases
Items ordered in the wrong size or color
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless directed otherwise by Gifternaut
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please, first check your bank account again. Banks vary in their processing times.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Check after the appropriate processing time has passed.
